With our 250,000 sq ft facility, we are capable of producing tanks and vessels for the largest industrial projects on time and on budget. Our highly skilled welders and fitters use state-of-the-art plasmas, lasers, plate rolls and automatic submerged arc welding equipment to produce tanks and vessels that meet the most demanding quality control and code requirements. Samuel can design vessels and tanks in accordance with the following codes, ASME, API 650, API 12F, AWWA D100.

We fabricate tanks and vessels for a wide range of industries from oxygen clean polished tanks for the semi-conductor industry to some of the largest air-to-air heat exchangers for sulfuric acid plants. Our mix tanks, process tanks, and settlers for the copper solvent extraction industry are widely used in copper mines around Arizona, Utah, Nevada and New Mexico as well as some of the largest copper mines in Mexico, Canada, Peru and Chile.
